1. What payment methods do you accept?
Within the USA, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, checks, and money orders.
Please pay for international order through Paypal.
2. What if I'm not comfortable giving my credit card information over the internet?
You can call or fax your information to us if you prefer, or you can mail your order with a check or money order to the address on the Contact Us page.
3. Can I return the merchandise if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, you may return purchases within 14 days for exchange or refund as long as the items have not been used and are returned in their original conditon. Shipping costs are not refunded.
4. What about backorders?
We don't accept backorders since we carry a lot of one-of-a-kind items. Please check back for out of stock merchandise such as pipe accessories.
5. What are your office hours?

6. What are "estate pipes"?
Estate pipes are pre-owned and usually pre-smoked pipes. All the estate pipes on our site have been cleaned and sanitized and are ready for you to enjoy. Estate pipes are a great way to try out a name-brand pipe at a reduced price. Some estate pipes are rare and highly collectible.

8. When can I expect delivery of my package?
We usually ship orders on the next business day after payment is received. Orders paid by check are shipped as soon as payment clears (typically 7-10 days). USPS Priority Mail is our default shipping method and is delivered in 2-3 business days. For other options, please see our Shipping Information page.
