This is an interesting Stanwell estate pipe from Germany. The beautifully curved stem and shank open into a strawberry shaped bowl displaying some very nice birds-eye and cross grain. It has been fully cleaned and sanitized, and there are no tooth marks on the elegant stem. "Stanwell" is a very faint imprint on the left hand side of the shank which also reads "fine buyere". The number "239" is imprinted on the right hand side of the shank. This is a unique addition for your collection!
